Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Underwriting Product Counsel to join our Insurance Product team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive expertise in cyber and professional liability insurance to serve as a thought partner in our businessto develop and manage policy forms, coverage enhancements, and manuscript endorsements. You will collaborate closely with our Chief Underwriting Officer and work alongside underwriting, claims, and legal teams to ensure our products meet market demands while aligning with regulatory standards. This position will drive strategic initiatives to enhance At-Bay's market presence, support profitable growth, and provide creative, innovative solutions to complex business problems.
How You'll Make an Impact in 3 Months :
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of our current insurance products and their positioning in the market.
- Establish relationships with key internal stakeholders across Underwriting, Claims, and Legal to facilitate effective collaboration.
- Begin evaluating existing policies and endorsements, identifying initial opportunities for updates or enhancements based on market trends and feedback.

Our estimated base pay range for this role is $200,000-$240,000 per year, plus additional compensation incentives. Base salary is determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to market data, location, internal equitability, domain knowledge, experiences and skills.
