General Summary
The Associate Corporate Counsel will provide legal support on a broad spectrum of contract matters. This lawyer will also support various Campbell’s business divisions and functions on both day-to-day commercial matters and longer-term strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded, pragmatic business lawyer with solid expertise in handling corporate transactions that can work effectively with numerous clients in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment.
The Associate Corporate Counsel position is based in Campbell’s World Headquarters in Camden, New Jersey, with the opportunity to work remotely two days a week. The Associate Corporate Counsel will report to Campbell’s Vice President, Senior Counsel, M&A and Commercial Transactions.

Compensation and Benefits :
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $202,200-$290,600. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
