What You'll Be Part Of :

iSpot.tv is seeking a highly skilled and experienced attorney to join our Legal team as Senior Counsel , supporting our expanding Enterprise and SMB Sales organizations as well as our Marketing and Procurement Departments. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders—serving as a trusted advisor and strategic resource—to drive business objectives and ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.

We are looking for a solution-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You should be comfortable managing ambiguity, possess strong negotiation skills, and demonstrate keen business acumen and sound judgment. A self-starter mentality, enthusiasm for technology, and a passion for process improvement will be essential to excel in this role.

This position reports to the SVP of Legal and is based in our Bellevue, WA office.

Responsibilities :

• GTM Sales Enablement and Support : Draft, review, and negotiate complex SaaS Service (Data as a Service) Agreements, Agency Agreements and Professional Services Agreements, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and legal requirements. Support quota-carrying sales reps on closing deals and provide proactive and fast strategic stewardship during quarter-end negotiations. Help draft and update GTM contract templates and work with Sales Enablement teams to educate GTM Teams on negotiation strategy and new processes.
• Marketing and Procurement Support : Draft and negotiate Purchase and Vendor Agreements, including Data Hosting Services contracts, Marketing, Sponsorship and Endorsement Agreements and other related documentation for the Procurement and Marketing Departments.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Serve as a trusted advisor and work collaboratively with Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, InfoSec and Privacy, and P&E teams to close out contract negotiations.
• Compliance & Risk Mitigation : Ensure all contracts meet legal, regulatory, and corporate policy standards. Identify and assess risks associated with contract terms and negotiate favorable conditions in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
• Regulatory Guidance : Provide counsel on regulatory and compliance issues related to privacy and new product launches and tools.
• Process Innovation : Drive initiatives to modernize and scale legal processes and support across the organization. Work to consistently update standard GTM Templates.

Target cash compensation range : $180,000 - 236,000 USD Annually

We are committed to providing competitive, market-informed compensation. The cash compensation above includes base salary, variable commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpot's equity plan to receive stock options. Non-exempt roles will also be eligible for (pre-approved) overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are influenced by different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Hybrid & Flexible Workplace Policy

iSpot supports a hybrid and flexible workplace. Depending on location and work responsibilities, employees may be designated as full-time or part-time office-based or a fully remote employee. A hybrid work schedule indicates that you work in the office some days and work from home other days. The best hybrid workplaces allow for flexibility while also encouraging consistency.

Those local or living in surrounding areas to one of our offices (Bellevue, WA; El Segundo, CA; New York, NY) will work a hybrid schedule, coming into their local office 1-3 days a week. While those in a role, not office-based and located further away from our offices, will work a fully remote schedule.
