Our client, a leading global conglomerate, is seeking a talented Director of Corporate Finance to join their team. As the Director of Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, providing strategic guidance, and driving financial performance.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, evaluate investment opportunities, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Key responsibilities include :
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations.
- Monitor and manage cash flows and working capital.
