Job Description

The Finance Manager works closely with Senior leadership teams as a business partner providing guidance in support of financial and operational goals. This role requires collaboration with business and Finance colleagues across global sites to help drive the organization's success.
Responsibilities
Lead financial reviews of CFO and other corporate functions (CEO, Sector, CSO, Global Comms, Corporate Q&RA, CMO, and Strategy) operating expense and headcount for senior leadership
Carry out financial close activity, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of transactions, and identify key variances drivers
Develop forecasts for operating expense and headcount, providing updated spend visibility for senior management
Lead and drive end-to-end processes for AOP build and present to senior leadership
Collaborate with senior leadership to assess the financial impact of central initiatives that may be related to significant investments, reorganizations, mergers, or divestments.
Ensure the proper accounting treatment of invoices in accordance with GAAP standards and review agreements in support of external spend
Demonstrate a strong ability to dig into details and thoroughly analyze complex information and proficiency in handling and working through ambiguity
Drive compliance to policy and Finance approval workflows for requisitions
Perform financial analysis in support of workforce planning
Support ongoing development of financial systems, leveraging Hyperion Planning (PLN) for financial reporting and planning
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA or CMA / CPA / CFA preferred)
Min. 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance roles with proven career progression in multinational organizations
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills working with global teams, driving accountability, and continuous improvement efforts
Excellent knowledge of Hyperion Planning (PLN) or equivalent financial applications, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Proven track record in making logical assumptions, identifying trends, incorporating external and internal information, and effectively measuring results against baselines
Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution
