Key Responsibilities
- Advise and represent California employers in matters involving state labor and employment laws.
- Handle litigation matters including court appearances, mediations, and depositions.
- Draft and customize employment agreements, policies, and compliance documentation.
- Lead legal strategy and provide counsel with the support of a dedicated team.
- Manage a reasonable caseload that focuses on quality over excessive billable hours.
- Billable Expectation : Full-time attorneys target 1,450 billed and collected hours annually. Origination is not required but is rewarded.
