Corporate Attorney – $125k – $150k

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Corporate Attorney with experience in real estate law to join their leadership team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of corporate matters. This role will also be pivotal in delivering legal counsel and supporting our management team on corporate law matters. You will offer strategic guidance to facilitate the company’s business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to the leadership team on corporate compliance, regulatory matters, and governance issues.
• Provide legal counsel and support on corporate real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
• Advise on zoning, land use, and environmental regulations affecting real estate projects.
• Conduct thorough due diligence reviews for corporate transactions, identifying potential legal risks and proposing effective solutions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad spectrum of corporate contracts, agreements, and transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operation, and compliance, to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Stay up to date with changes in real estate laws and regulations and guide the leadership team accordingly.
