This person will have the opportunity to work closely with the General Counsel and Associate General Counsel, supporting various corporate matters. This role is fully onsite in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities :

• Negotiate and review various commercial contracts and agreements.
• Manage contract database.
• Oversee mergers and acquisitions, equity, and debt refinancing transactions
• Support entity formations and dissolutions.
• Manage paperwork for real estate transactions.
