Description :

This role will primarily focus on the review, research and counseling of a wide variety of regulatory requirements in the U.S and other jurisdictions applicable to UKG and various aspects of its business. In this role, you will provide vital legal and operational support within the Legal Department on a wide range of legal matters affecting the SaaS and managed services verticals around the globe. You will work closely with various internal teams to operationalize the guidance that you provide.

Responsibilities :

• Research applicable law and regulations impacting UKG;
• Draft policies, procedures, and techniques to support international business operations;
• Provide practical guidance to internal teams and other business stakeholders concerning product compliance related matters;
• Support ad hoc projects as required in a variety of legal practice areas to support global business.
