We are currently seeking a Paralegal to work in our Corporate Practice Group.
The Role :
- Preparation of documents relating to formation, maintenance, and dissolution of business entities
- Oversight of business filing accounts and services
- Preparation and filing applications for Federal Employer Identification (EIN) numbers
- Assist with data room setup
- Review and analysis of lien search and title reports
- Preparation of closing checklists and binders
- Performance of administrative tasks as needed
