  • Establish project governance, scope, budget, and schedule.

Project Execution & Management

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial concept and design through construction, commissioning, and move-in, leading all PM resources dedicated to the project.
  • Oversee lab and office fit-outs, tenant improvements, leasehold renovations, ensuring compliance with lease agreements and local regulations.
  • Lead RFP processes, selecting and managing external vendors, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Monitor project performance, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, delays, and budget overruns.

Budget & Cost Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial transparency and cost control.
  • Track project expenditures, forecasts, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals.
  • Ensure compliance with lease terms, building codes, sustainability goals, and workplace safety regulations.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

  • Source, select, and manage construction contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and external project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless integration of IT, security, and workplace and lab engineering services into project planning.

Sustainability & Innovation:

  • Integrate sustainable construction practices, materials, and technologies to support environmental goals and green building certifications (e.g., LEED).
  • Champion innovative construction methodologies and leverage technology tools (e.g., Building Information Modeling, project management software) to improve efficiency and project outcomes.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Provide regular status updates, executive reports, and risk assessments to Corporate Real Estate and executive Stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including lease agreements, floor plans, construction schedules, and closeout reports.
  • Implement post-occupancy evaluations to measure project success and inform future real estate decisions.
  • Ensure change management of stakeholders and manage stakeholder communication.

Your Skills and Experience

You have:

  • 8-15+ years experience managing complex, office & lab project fit outs in a corporate environment.
  • Proven background in construction project management, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and multi-project implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of lease negotiations, workplace strategy and space planning
  • Analytical and strategic skills; ability to plan, manage, and implement multiple projects
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of MEP systems and supporting infrastructure terminology
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, AutoCAD, or similar), project management methodologies and workplace technology integration.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural plans and drawings.
  • Knowledge of a wide variety of construction materials, products and system.

It would be nice if you also had:
