We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Real Estate Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage our financial records, oversee transactions, and ensure compliance with financial regulations specific to real estate investment and redevelopment.
Compensation : 24 - $26 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records for all projects, including flips, wholesales, and rentals.
- Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and profitability on an ongoing basis.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Oversee payroll for part-time and full-time staff.
- Prepare monthly reports on project costs, forecasts, and variances for leadership.
- Reconcile bank accounts and manage cash flow for multiple real estate accounts.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal tax requirements and filings.
- Assist in financial forecasting and strategic planning for upcoming real estate projects.
