Corporate Event Manager

Do you love crafting unforgettable experiences? We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Corporate Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact corporate events with a special focus on food & beverage excellence. You'll collaborate with internal teams and vendors to bring brand-aligned events to life while ensuring every detail from catering to client expectations exceeds standards. The Corporate Event Manager will be responsible for organizing large-scale events for clients, trade show exhibitions, and internal events.

A strong background in food & beverage management is essential including menu planning, accurate food and beverage quantity forecasting, accommodating diverse dietary considerations, and partnering closely with caterers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and achieve established event goals
• Manage event budgets, vendor contracts, and financial reporting
• Coordinate logistics including venue, dcor, entertainment and AV
• Oversee food and beverage planning, tastings, and compliance
• Serve as primary liaison with internal clients and stakeholders
• Lead on-site event operations and ensure a seamless guest experience
• Train and manage event staff and labor schedules
• Ensure all events meet compliance, permitting, and risk management standards
• Conduct post-event evaluations and report on success metrics
• Foster strong working relationships across departments to drive teamwork and event excellence
