Responsibilities

• Take on a client-facing role managing multiple deals simultaneously.
• Create and maintain transaction checklists, track deadlines, and coordinate with local government agencies, architects, surveyors, clients, and lenders.
• Draft and prepare legal opinions, corporate resolutions, loan documents, and other corporate / financial documentation.
• Prepare correspondence and documentation for clients, professionals, and colleagues.
• Build knowledge of client systems and manage transaction-related records within case management systems.
• Coordinate all releases and satisfactions required for title issuance on financings.
• Review and facilitate the execution of transaction documents from third-party lenders and investors.
• Prepare closing documents, agreements, legal opinions, and corporate authorization documents.
• Conduct corporate due diligence and form business entities across various states, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
