Job descriptionDevelop and execute strategies to foster fleet growth and enhance driver retention. Set and achieve recruitment goals and objectives for the operation. Design and implement targeted recruitment campaigns and plans. Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and with professionalism. Organize and lead orientation and information sessions for potential Independent Contractors (ICs). Streamline the applicant process, ensuring swift completion of contracts and assignment of lease vehicles. Maintain and manage applicant tracking systems with accurate records. Generate and update various reports to monitor progress and identify trends. Support the Retention Manager as needed. Build and nurture strong relationships with drivers and staff. Cultivate a positive work environment and uphold superior customer service standards. Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
