📍Location: Bartonville/ Peoria, IL
💰 Starting Pay: $17.60/ hour
💸 Pay Increases:
🔹 After 500 hours: $18.02/hr
🔹 After 1000 hours: $18.24/hr
🔹 After 1500 hours: $18.39/hr
🌙 Shift Differentials:
🔹 Second Shift: +$0.35/hr
🔹 Third Shift: +$0.60/hr
💥 Incentives:
✅ Weekly Attendance Bonus: +$0.65/hr (No call-ins or tardiness!)
✅ Monthly Performance Bonus: Based on completing fire extinguisher checks and maintaining a damage-free record

What You'll Do:
What We're Looking For:
🔹 Education: High school diploma or GED required
🔹 Experience: At least 1 year of experience in security or fire protection preferred
🔹 Certification: 40-Hour (IDPH) State Certified First Responder required
🔹 Skills & Qualities:
Strong communication and observation skills
Calm under pressure, with the ability to respond quickly in emergencies
Comfortable with basic computer systems and reporting tools
Assertive, dependable, and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Team-oriented and safety-focused
