Stripe is looking for a Security Operations Program Manager to join our San Francisco team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success and be responsible for leading security projects and programs that support Stripe's offices, employees, and business units. In this collaborative role, you will manage critical and interdependent projects that have a global impact. You will also partner with Regional Security Managers to implement enterprise standards that ensure physical security mitigations and processes are compliant. You will work cross-functionally within the Corporate Security team and other business teams to maintain Stripe's safety and security.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain standardized security procedures, documentation, presentations, and departmental / regional safety & security metrics.
• Manage and oversee physical security policies, procedures, and vendor contracts; participate in RFPs and QBRs.
• Ensure physical security programs remain relevant by identifying emerging tools and maintenance lifecycles.
• Track security projects, provide status updates, and identify / prioritize program deficiencies and improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Stripe's business leads, workplace teams, and external business partners to ensure understanding of security requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional long-term planning cycles and collaborate with business continuity, crisis management, and environmental, health & safety teams to ensure the validity of emergency incident and crisis response plans.

Responsibilities

Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $133,600 - $200,400. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions / sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
