GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. The role focuses on customer service and security in corporate environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Site Location : San Francisco, California

Schedule : 40 hours Wednesday to Sunday, 3 : 00 PM to 11 : 30 PM and 32 hours Saturday to Tuesday, 3 : 00 PM to 11 : 30 PM

Competitive hourly wage of $25.50 / hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

Responsibilities

Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors

Manage access control

Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks

Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs

Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams

Answer questions in person or by phone

Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

Authorized to work in the U.S.

High School Diploma or GED

2+ years corporate security experience

Pass extensive screening process

Corporate or Home Office security experience

Exceptional customer service skills

Proficient in basic phone & computer skills

Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience advantageous

State security license and additional 32hr BSIS security trainings (available during hiring process)
