The Corporate Development & Strategy team focuses on M&A, Figma Ventures, strategic opportunities, and long-term product strategy. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a small team that influences long-term company-wide investment initiatives. This position offers a great opportunity to work closely with key executives and internal cross-functional stakeholders to help direct Figma’s growth, primarily by driving impactful acquisitions.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll do at Figma :

• Build the corporate development deal pipeline, including outreach to and sourcing of new opportunities
• Support all aspects of deal execution including financial modeling, due diligence, integration planning, and coordination of cross-functional teams
• Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and help build relationships with key players in the industry (e.g. VCs, companies, founders, etc.)
• Conduct market research, synthesize findings, and work with senior team members to develop strategies and identify acquisition opportunities that help shape company and product strategy

Pay Transparency Disclosure

If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Please discuss your specific work location with your recruiter for more information.

Annual Base Salary Range (SF / NY Hub) :

112,000 - $238,000 USD
