Summary :

The Strategy Associate will be responsible for working on high-impact strategic initiatives across the business. The Strategy Associate will possess strong analytical capabilities, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Responsibilities :

• Structure and analyze complex business challenges, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics within WLFC’s areas of business.
• Lead and support cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive strategic initiatives forward.
• Create compelling presentations, reports, and communication materials for internal stakeholders, board members, and external partners.
• Support the preparation and execution of the company's annual strategy day, contributing to agenda setting, material development, and facilitation.
