Ability to bring new concepts to the organization and make a difference Responsibilities include :

Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the department's goals and objectives.

Lead daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.

Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements and oversee audit processes.

Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Oversee payables, receivables, payroll, and reconciliations for financial accuracy. Requirements :

Healthcare Industry Experience required

5+ years of senior-level accounting experience required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

CPA or CMA  preferred

Private Equity-Backed Experience preferred

Sage Intacct experience preferred
