Overview

TRC is currently seeking candidates for Senior Environmental Quality Assurance Chemist to support our Environmental Engineering, Consulting & Remediation (ECR) Practice managed from our Chicago, Illinois office. This is an in-office position offering a hybrid work location arrangement . Salary for this position is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform data validation or data usability assessments for a variety of laboratory analytical methods under different state and federal regulatory programs.
• Review laboratory / chemistry reports to ensure no errors in calculations or findings, reviewing for technical accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain records and documentation of all laboratory analysis and tests.
• Analyze environmental data and prepare reports.
• Assist in the preparation of project plans, such as quality assurance project plans, sampling analysis plans, etc.
• Assist in preparation and perform quality control reviews of data tables and figures in support of project reporting.
• Support field staff and project managers in the coordination with analytical laboratories.
• Work in a team setting and complete assigned responsibilities within set schedules and budgets.

Compensation : In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation : Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

Salary Range

USD $70,000.00 - USD $98,592.00 / Yr.
