Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. 5+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience, with a focus on project support (not product or manufacturing accounting). Strong background in forecasting, variance analysis, and managing accruals (estimating / recording costs, gathering data on pending costs, manual journal entries, etc) Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial systems or ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.). Experience working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with shifting project scopes. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in industries like construction, infrastructure, or IT project delivery. Familiarity with project management tools or software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera).

W2 Rate : $63-65 / hr
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Cost Analyst with strong accounting expertise to support financial tracking and forecasting for projects (not products).
- The ideal candidate will have experience managing project-level financials with a focus on forecasting, variance analysis, and accruals.
- This role is best suited for a finance professional who is comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving project scopes.
