- Cost Analyst / Accountant :
- Target Pay Rate
- 36.25 / hr
- Work Schedule :
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (Onsite)
- Duties will include :
- Responsible for supporting strategic Internal and External Production Sites
- Preparation and booking of period-end journal entries.
- Product Standard Cost– calculation / reviews.
- Work with Finance Analysts to forecast spending and variances on monthly basis.
- Provide explanations in support of the business forecast and Management Reviews.
- Annual Planning and Budgeting processes.
- Understand Sarbanes-Oxley assessments and ensure appropriate internal controls are in place.
- Analyzes and consults on financial impacts to the business..
- SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :
- B.S. Degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA or MBA in Finance a plus.
- 3 to 4 years of finance or related work experience.
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to interface with individuals across multiple functions.
- Understand internal control and compliance.
- Understands general business and marketing concepts and principles.
- Able to clearly articulate complex ideas.
- Analytical Skills - Ability to summarize vast quantities of data into meaningful information.
