About the job General Construction Cost Estimator
Our client is seeking a well-versed General Construction Cost Estimator capable of high-level and detailed estimating to join a New York-based construction management team. This position is a key role in the team and will contribute to the growth and development of the Estimating Department and Construction Management practice area. For the right candidate, there is long-term potential to grow into a Chief Estimator role.
Responsibilities :
- Lead all general construction cost estimating firm-wide.
- Assemble and roll up cost estimates, including all trades on a project.
- Train and mentor junior staff within the Estimating Team.
- Be an integral part of the Construction Management practice area and contribute to the strategic growth of the Estimating Team.
