Job description
A company is looking for an EPC Cost Estimator to prepare complete estimates for assigned projects of medium size and complexity.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare complete estimates for assigned projects and coordinate total estimating efforts
Develop pricing using industry standard guidelines and prepare quantity takeoffs
Interface with owners and contractors to provide engineering and cost data regarding project feasibility
Required Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor degree preferred, or relevant experience in estimating
Minimum of 1-2 years of construction cost estimating experience
Knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control is essential
Familiarity with disciplines of estimating : Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, I&C, Pipeline, Storage, M&R
