We are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Automotive Parts Counter Associate to join our dynamic team!
As an Automotive Parts Counter Associate , you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting with parts identification, order fulfillment, and product recommendations. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive the right parts, along with expert advice and outstanding service. If you have a passion for automobiles and enjoy helping others, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Accurately identify and recommend automotive parts based on customer needs.
- Process sales transactions, including parts orders and returns.
- Maintain a clean, organized parts counter and stock room.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding parts compatibility and installation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
