We're looking for a Creative Technical Producer to join Procore's Product & Technology Team. Procore software solutions aim to improve the lives of everyone in construction and the people within Product & Technology are the driving force behind our innovative, top-rated global platform. In this Creative Technical Producer role, you'll lead the creation of high-quality live, video and podcast content to deliver captivating storytelling experiences. You will collaborate with executives across the Product & Technology Team to develop impactful communication strategies, while ensuring the smooth operation of our event centers. Use your creative vision, technical expertise and project management skills to create immersive and valuable experiences while establishing Procore as a leader in creative technology.

This position reports into Innovation Experience & Collaboration Creative Manager and will be based in our Austin, TX office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately. Apply today to join our team of Groundbreakers.

What you'll do :

Operate and maintain the virtual production studio to deliver high-quality video and podcast content.

Continuously explore and implement new production technologies to enhance content creation.

Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of event and production centers, ensuring optimal functionality.

Produce engaging video and podcast content to expand Procore's reach and connect with broader audiences.

Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to craft compelling narratives and visuals that align with Procore's brand and messaging.

Partner with subject matter experts to transform technical or complex topics into engaging and digestible media formats.

Work closely with the Production / Broadcast Engineers to streamline workflows and enhance production efficiency.

What we're looking for :

5+ years of experience in a creative role, including video production, podcast or audio production, photography, or event production

Proven experience in video production, podcast production, or virtual studio operations.

Strong storytelling abilities with a keen eye for crafting visuals and narratives that resonate with target audiences.

Demonstrated expertise in operating professional video and audio equipment, along with proficiency in creative and post-production software-such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Unreal Engine, and Touch Designer

Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage cross-functional projects effectively.

Technical aptitude and experience with event center operations or broadcast systems are a plus.

QualificationsAdditional Information

Base Pay Range $76,160 - $104,720. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
