This position is for a Group Exercise Class Instructor at our Kenmore, NY location.
Qualifications and Skills
Group Exercise Class Certification, or Personal Training Certification
CPR and AED certification required
Responsibilities and Duties
Demonstrate and deliver safe, fun, and effective circuit class workouts for up to 12 members.
Ensure safety of members with regards to heart rate and exercise technique, providing safety corrections and exercise modifications (regressions & progressions) when required
Ensure training floor and equipment is clean and tidy before, during and after each class.
Days and Times
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6pm-7pm
