Job descriptionStrong empathy, listening skills, and excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities. High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or vocational training in a related field preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in home repair and / or commercial maintenance. Personal tools are required for consideration. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and various equipment. Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Physical ability to stoop, bend, kneel, stretch, lift, and carry items relevant to repair and maintenance tasks. Availability to work required business hours without tardiness, interruptions, or early departures. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Ability to read, interpret, and navigate maps within the assigned territory. Siding, soffit, and fascia repair. Window replacement. Deck repair and building. Touch-up painting and general painting. Furniture or equipment assembly. Carpentry work. Minor brick work and tuckpointing. Pouring concrete for small projects. Fence repair and installation. Framing and door adjustments / installation. Gutter cleaning and repair. General handyman tasks. Competitive salary ranging from $23 to $32 per hour. Growth opportunities within the company. Regular pay reviews.
