  • Job Title : Tower Crane Operator

  • Schedule
  • Full Time, 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8-10 hour days. Start Time : 7am. (occasional weekends).
  • Location :
  • Downtown Denver (0-20% Travel outside the Denver metro area)
  • Scope :
  • New Build Commercial / Multifamily
  • Duties / Responsibilities
  • Responsible for operating a crane to lift, move, position and reposition heavy objects.
  • Operating specialty machinery like lattice booms, telescope booms, and hydraulic cranes.
  • Calculating load capacity and determining weight of items. Must know capacity of crane based on manufacturing specifications.
  • Inspecting crane conditions, possible obstructions, and ground conditions.
  • Maintaining logs and keep records of operation activities.
  • Anything else needed on site.
  • Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience operating tower. hydraulic, conventional, and crawler.
  • Have experience on projects in the metro areas.
  • Must be NCCCO certified and have Tower Crane Certification.
  • OSHA 30
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Work Environment
  • 100% outdoors, working in all types of weather.
  • Requires walking, standing, bending and stooping for extended periods of time
  • Will be on active large new build sites.
  • Qualified candidates will be contacted within 24 hours of application.
