Domestic travel is required.Responsibilities : Provide strategic direction for all creative, ensuring high-quality deliverables across all teams.Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Development, Assistant Director, and Content Creator to align creative with overall organization
ideas from concept to implementation by collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute compelling print and digital marketing creative that supports the organization's fundraising, awareness, and marketing efforts.Responsible for printed, digital and video design including collateral for web, paid and organic social, videography, and other creative assets as needed.Stay current on the latest trends in philanthropy and marketing to adapt and apply these learnings to SJCS content.Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.Manage relationships with external vendors, including printers, designers, and agencies as needed.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.Understanding of industry-standard design and production software and their current capabilities.Strong understanding of design principles tailored to different objectives and audiences, with the ability to create visually compelling content.Excellent written and verbal communication skills across print and digital media.Self-motivated leader with strong independent work and project management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented, with high integrity and the ability to manage confidential informationEffective and reliable designer willing to test new ideasStrategic, innovative and creative thinkerStrong understanding of designAbility to work with diverse audiences and handle sensitive subjectsHuman services and mission drivenEducation and Experience : Bachelor's degree in communications, graphic design, marketing, or related field.10+ years of professional design experience, with a portfolio of previous design work to showcase experience and
