As a Director of Content at CuraLinc, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product content. CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a visionary and experienced Director of Content to lead and elevate our content strategy and execution. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a world-class content program that drives product adoption, user engagement, and revenue growth across all customer touchpoints. You will build and lead a high-performing team, develop and execute innovative content strategies, and establish a data-driven content culture within the organization.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute a Comprehensive Content Strategy Aligned with Overall Business Objectives and Product Roadmaps
- Conduct in-Depth Market Research and Competitive Analysis to Identify Content Opportunities and Differentiate our Brand
- Develop and Implement a Data-Driven Content Framework to Measure and Track the Impact of Content Across all Channels
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams Including Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership
- Establish and Maintain Strong Relationships with Key Stakeholders Across the Organization
- Build, Lead and Mentor a High-Performing Team of Content Managers, Writers, Editors, Designers, and Potentially other Content Specialists
- Build a Content Operations Function that Includes Content Planning, Production, Distribution, and Analysis
- Develop and Implement Best Practices for Content Governance, Quality Control, and Brand Consistency
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends and Emerging Technologies in Content Marketing, Including AI and Personalized Experiences
- Present Data-Driven Insights and Recommendations to Executive Leadership on Content Performance and Strategic Direction
- Build a Strong Content Culture that Values Creativity, Data-Driven Decision Making, and Continuous Improvement
