Role Summary : As the Creative Director, your role is crucial in shaping our creative strategy. Youll drive the development of a compelling creative vision, guide concept creation, and set the tone for overall creative delivery. Additionally, youll serve as the bridge between project stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and elevating The Studios reputation.

What youll bring :

7-10 years in senior creative leadership roles with successful brand campaigns.

Extensive experience in digital design and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software.

Deep understanding of brand development, visual storytelling, and user experience with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design.

Excellent team management and collaboration skills.

Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to sell the why behind the creative and coach / mentor creatives to do the same.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience in regulated industries a plus.
