Job descriptionPartner with the media and client teams to translate business goals into compelling and effective creative concepts. Present strategic insights and recommendations to key stakeholders. Top 5 Creative Client Focus (Strategy & Project) Oversee the entire project lifecycle for these key clients, ensuring creative vision is maintained and executed flawlessly. Collaborate closely with account management to nurture and grow these pivotal client relationships. Creative Sales Develop bold, brand-right creative ideas for RFPs, proactive pitches, and upsell opportunities. Represent creative point of view in pitches and presentations with clarity and confidence, reinforcing the agency's creative capabilities. Help evolve the agencys offerings and capabilities based on client needs and market shifts. Creative Department Leadership & Management Oversee resource allocation across all creative teams, ensuring optimal utilization. Provide clear direction and actionable feedback that empowers the team to grow. Establish and enforce the highest quality standards for all creative deliverables, ensuring they are insight-led, brand-aligned, and performance-driven. Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating best practices into agency workflows and creative outputs. Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, collaboration, and client service excellence. Model self-awareness, openness to feedback, and a hunger to learn. 8+ years of combined creative experience with a minimum of 4 years in creative leadership. Agency experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, art and design or related field or equivalent experience. An exceptional portfolio that showcases strategic, integrated campaigns across digital, social, retail, and experiential platforms. Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, develop talent, and grow accounts. Masterful storytelling abilities and a profound understanding of how to translate complex brand messages into compelling and impactful narratives. Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite. Asana proficiency is a plus. Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and high-level client relationship skills. A meticulous eye for detail combined with advanced problem-solving capabilities. A bias toward action and a proven ability to strategically manage multiple, high-priority projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A strategic delegator and empowering leader with an entrepreneurial spirit to embrace ambiguity and move quickly with solutions. Youll guide the creative vision for key accounts, collaborate directly with sales and strategy, and lead with a mindset of growth, helping shape the future of Loudr through big ideas, smart execution, and inspired leadership.

Functions :
- Yearly Brand Audit & Strategy (All Brands)
Conduct annual comprehensive brand audits to assess current market positioning and effectiveness for all current clients.
Oversee the implementation of brand strategy and guidelines for our top 5 creative clients.
Collaborate with business development and client teams to pitch and win new business for prospective and Tier 1 clients.
Inspire, lead, and mentor a cross-functional team of Associate Creative Directors, designers, copywriters, editors and social media content creators.
