Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Define, create and manage a detailed schedule promoting efficiency and team velocity.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of a project ensuring it completes on-scope, on-time and on-budget.
- Drive communications via regular status meetings, key milestone reviews and ad-hoc meetings and project escalations as needed.
- Establish clear and enforceable governance & change management processes.
- Manage incoming creative requests and ensure the information provided / what is still needed to plan for creative project.
- Coordinate with marketing team to align project needs, priorities, workloads for creative / visuals team.
- Ensure that all projects meet accepted best practices in usability and digital design by coordinating design thinking, peer design reviews and stakeholder reviews.
- Maintain up to date and accurate, status and updates.
- Track, manage and maintain risks and mitigation to design delivery.
Requirements :
