The Creative Services department is responsible for conceptualizing and developing beautiful and effective marketing collateral, both digital and print.
Summer Creative Services Internship Responsibilities :
- Designing Visual Assets : Assisting in the creation of graphics for digital and print materials, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, and email campaigns.
- Collaborating with Creative Teams : Working alongside designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with brand goals.
- Branding and Style Guide Support : Helping to maintain and update the company's visual identity by ensuring consistency across all design materials, following established style guides.
- Research and Trend Analysis : Conducting market research to understand design trends, audience preferences, and competitor branding, providing insights for upcoming projects.
Internship Program Details :
Sourcebooks offers a 10- week PAID, IN-PERSON internship at our Naperville, IL office in our (Retail Marketing Department). Interns will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience at a growing book publisher. You will learn how to use different communications styles and strategies to share information with different audiences both within and outside the company. A key component of this internship is storytelling : we're communicating the Sourcebooks story, and our Books Change Lives mission, every day. You'll learn how to refine a message, speak to values, engage an audience, and more!
We're looking for book lovers who are excited to experiment, learn new things, and make a difference in the world of books.
