Job summary

The primary objective of the Product Sales Coordinator is to successfully sell to a closed market of independently owned SERVPRO Franchise operations. This role helps our Franchises succeed by building strong relationships through identifying and fulfilling product needs, promoting and selling the highest quality restoration products, and providing excellent client service.

You will

  • Achieve Product Sales objectives for equipment and parts, chemicals, operating supplies and drying chamber. Each Sales Coordinator must achieve assigned sales goals per category for their assigned zone.
  • Complete assigned number of outbound proactive calls pulled from the core initiators on the Proactive call calendar per zone on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis and record in SalesForce.
  • Zone 1-47 calls / week, 100 calls / month, 300 calls / quarter.
  • Zone 2-47 calls / week, 100 calls / month, 300 calls / quarter.
  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the Franchise / customer experience.
  • Proactively communicate marketing e-mails to required Franchisees on new products, product updates, training opportunities, pricing, other concerns, etc.
  • Actively engage in vendor related Professional Development through webinars, on-site training, training at convention, and Director / Trainer meetings.
  • Responsible for signing one new Equipment on Demand (EOD) participant per month.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive reports / supporting documentation relating to sales analysis as needed.
  • Assist with new projects as they relate to Product Resources function.
  • Conduct special project analysis of sales and customer reviews.
  • You have

  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner.
  • Ability to travel to area meetings to promote Product Sales Division and support our Franchisees as it relates to their specific product needs by giving powerful presentations with top notch execution.
  • Must be able to travel to storm sites to provide direct assistance to Franchisees seeking to purchase equipment and supplies.
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel.
  • Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties in a timely manner.
  • High School Diploma or GED and three years equivalent sales experience.
  • Ability to maintain 24 / 7 availability to address any urgent matters or client needs that may arise outside of regular business hours.
