Job Summary Overview
The position is responsible for spreading business financials and tax returns in Bukers / Sageworks for commercial underwriters and portfolio managers.
Essential Job Functions
- Spreads personal tax returns in Bukers / Sageworks.
- Assists Underwriting and Portfolio Management in the completion of financial spreads, Annual Reviews, Loan Presentations, and any other Underwriting and Portfolio Management related reports.
- Assists in the ordering of third-party reports as deemed necessary for underwriting and ongoing portfolio management.
- Assists Underwriting group with completion of financial spreads in Bukers / Sageworks, Loan Presentations and Modification Memos.
- Assists Portfolio Management group with completion of financial spreads in Bukers / Sageworks, Annual Reviews, and Portfolio Management reports.
- Orders both personal and business credit reports.
- Ability to complete work in a timely manner from a remote location and accessibility to meet at AFCU Ops center when necessary for team meetings, training, or other related activities.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED and two-five (2-5) years' experience in loan support systems.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and JHA. In-depth knowledge of commercial and SBA lending along with compliance and credit regulations. Professional written, verbal communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to produce quality work within tight time frames while managing multiple assignments. Ability to work on core processing systems (JHA) and department specific processing systems (Command Center). The position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing deadlines, advanced interpersonal skills, excellent communication, strong problem-solving skills, and the desire to work as a team to support the overall success of the Bank. Persons in this position must possess a strong knowledge base about conventional, SBA 7(a) and SBA 504 loan programs, policies, and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications
College degree or any relevant banking industry certification. SBA lending experience.
