DFC Credit Analyst I
The DFC Credit Analyst I will be responsible for ensuring efficient and timely processing of customer loan applications submitted to the company. This position performs comprehensive review and analysis of the loan structure, borrower profile, and loan documents to determine profitability and reduce risk.
The DFC Credit Analyst I reports to a DFC Credit Supervisor.
Location : Remote, USA (Must be in EST time zone or comfortable working EST hours)
Compensation Range : $44,900 - $50,500 annually
Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessment based on customer borrowing history, credit rating, industry experience, structure, and other factors
- Ensure all queues are worked efficiently and prioritized accurately for DCC, Preselect and dealer partners
- Conduct dealer follow up daily to maintain a strong working relationship with dealer partners
- Maintain DFC service level agreements regarding response time and quality of communication
- Conduct customer interviews to further evaluate customer’s ability to fulfill loan agreement when deemed necessary
- Offer alternatives (counteroffer) when requested criteria fall outside of standard DFC parameters
- Review applications processed by junior level credit coordinators if necessary
- Work collaboratively with, assist dealer relations, funding, and all other departments when necessary to maximize our company objectives
- Clear and concise documentation of all communications with dealers and customers
- Other duties as assigned
