Celtic Property Management is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tax Credit Multifamily Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a tax-credit multifamily community. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in property management and tax credit compliance to make a direct impact on the success of our properties and the satisfaction of our residents.

Requirements :

• Ensure the property complies with all tax credit requirements.
• Manage and supervise office and maintenance staff.
• Manage resident relations and communication, ensuring resident satisfaction.
• Oversee rent collection and delinquency management.
• Prepare and submit financial reports and budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance
• Ensure property safety and security procedures are in place and followed.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with local government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and other community groups.
• 2+ years of experience in property management, preferably in tax credit properties.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, and federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to property management and tax credit compliance.
