I am looking to speak with proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service / Account Manager who have at least 4 years experience in their role. Individuals who are currently serving as the primary point of contact for clients / accounts in the manufacturing industry. Expereince also involving managing customer accounts, processing orders, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have clear communication skills, SAP / ERP proficency, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
salary : $55,000 - $65,000 per year
shift : First
work hours : 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication.
- Process and manage customer orders from intake through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide product information, pricing, and lead times to customers.
- Work closely with production, logistics, and quality control teams to meet client expectations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Maintain and update customer records, orders, and communications in the company's CRM system.
- Track order status, coordinate shipments, and proactively update customers on progress.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and grow existing accounts.
- Assist in forecasting and demand planning by analyzing customer buying patterns.
- Prepare reports on account activity, sales trends, and customer feedback.
