WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will assist in preparing all personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet the needs of the business, ensuring that everything is ready for a seamless dining experience. In addition, you will be responsible for assigning employee duties and responsibilities, fostering a sense of teamwork and collaboration among the crew. Part of your role as a Crew Lead will be to keep the team informed about new menu items, specials, and promotional materials. By providing clear communication and instructions, you will ensure that all employees have a complete understanding of food preparation and service standards.

You will assist in conducting orientation and training for new employees and providing refresher training for existing ones as needed. By supervising employee performance and conduct in alignment with company policies, you will help maintain a high level of service and professionalism. Observing guest reactions to the quality of food and service is another key responsibility. Your keen eye for detail and ability to address any concerns will contribute to our commitment to excellence. To maintain operational efficiency, you will review time cards or time reports daily, making necessary adjustments to the schedule to meet the restaurant's needs and minimize overtime. Additionally, you will enforce portion control, check deliveries for quality and completeness, and uphold tight security measures to prevent waste and maintain inventory accuracy. Performing administrative procedures will also be part of your duties. This includes handling cash receipts and store receipts, reconciling cash and store bank funds, making daily deposits, and ensuring that registers have sufficient change and bills for peak business hours.
