Proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Texas. Strong legal research and analytical abilities. Proficient in case management and legal documentation. Effective negotiation and trial advocacy skills. Excellent client relationship management. Duties and Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in criminal defense cases from initial consultation through resolution.
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Conduct thorough case investigations, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and preparing legal documents.
- Advise clients on their legal rights and options and guide the legal process.
- Negotiate settlements and plea deals with opposing counsel and prosecutors.
- Prepare and present compelling arguments in court, including motions, pre-trial motions, and trial arguments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed case files and documentation.
- Stay updated on changes in criminal law and legal procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and answer questions.
