The RN Clinical Nurse in Critical Care provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team. The role includes performing the Nursing Process, applying evidence-based practices, and ensuring individualized care. Nurses collaborate with patients and families, incorporating cultural sensitivity and promoting shared decision-making. The position operates under the leadership of Nurse Managers and follows the Client's governance and professional practice models.

Exemplary Practice : Conduct patient assessments, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care with a focus on patient outcomes and evidence-based practices.

Professional Development : Complete competency assessments, mandatory education, and mentor new staff.
Evidence-Based Practice : Promote research and performance improvement, ensuring adherence to policies and safety goals.
Resources & Support : Plan patient care, collaborate on protocol development, and use resources efficiently.
Required Qualifications :
Education : Diploma from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
Licenses / Certifications :
RN (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
Basic Life Support (BLS) - Instructor
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - Instructor or ACLS - Provisional
Experience : Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred.
Skills : Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills, with the ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications : All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
