Critical care nurse Jobs in Chesapeake, VA

Inova Fairfax Hospital is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist – Critical Care  to join the team.

As a Pharmacist you will contribute to the quality and effective operation of the department. To help achieve our mission, you will ensure safe, appropriate, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients according to established policies, procedures, and protocols. Your ability to oversee all department activities pertaining to the preparation and dispensing of pharmaceutical preparations, in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and in compliance with the requirements of the Virginia Board of Pharmacy, is of vital importance. Demonstrating proficiency in information systems (., clinical information systems, automated dispensing systems and vault management systems) is required.

This is a full-time Monday – Friday 40 hrs / week days / evenings with rotating shifts position.
