Wee Care Corp is hiring Direct Care Providers to deliver dependable Respite, Attendant Care, and/or Habilitation services for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in the Litchfield Park area. This entry-level, onsite position supports personal independence by providing consistent, person-centered assistance with a strong emphasis on safety, respect, and clear communication. Primary responsibilities:

If you are available for evening, night, and/or weekend shifts and can provide steady, professional support, please apply today.
At the start of your evening, night, or weekend shift, you'll confirm the individual's current service plan, review recent notes, and check for any updates to routines or appointments. Throughout the shift, you'll follow the established schedule while allowing space for the individual to practice skills, make informed choices, and work toward personal goals at a steady pace. You may assist with transportation planning when needed, monitor safety and comfort, and keep interactions calm, respectful, and clear. To close out, you'll summarize key events and complete timely documentation so the next team member can transition smoothly.
