Knowledge of tier 4 engines and high-pressure common rail systems. Ability to diagnose electrical and hydraulic systems. Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics. Ability to read and interpret specifications and manuals. Understand and efficiently complete service-related paperwork. Basic computer skills. DOT physical card required. Job duties and Responsibilities Utilize company software to inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance on compact construction equipment. Provide the Service Manager with an accurate parts list and labor time needed when a quote is requested for service. Complete quality repairs in a timely fashion and fill-out all details for each job once done.
