Description We are looking for an experienced Benefits Administrator to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This is a contract position that will run until May, offering an opportunity to work on-site in a dynamic and fast-paced environment within the security industry. The role requires a background in claims or insurance and familiarity with benefits administration processes. Responsibilities : - Manage employee benefit programs, including 401k, COBRA, and workers' compensation plans. - Handle claim administration and ensure timely processing and resolution. - Work with ADP Workforce Now and other HR systems to maintain accurate benefits data. - Oversee compliance with benefit-related regulations and audit processes. - Provide support for employee inquiries regarding benefits and claims. - Coordinate with external vendors and partners for benefits administration tasks. - Maintain accurate documentation for all benefits-related activities. - Assist in the preparation and submission of reports related to benefits and claims. - Conduct regular reviews of benefits policies and recommend improvements. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless benefits operations. Requirements - Previous experience in claims administration or insurance is required. - Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now and other HR systems such as Ceridian and Dayforce. - Strong knowledge of benefits programs, including 401k and COBRA administration. - Familiarity with auditing processes related to employee benefits. - Solid understanding of workers' compensation and claim management. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to communicate effectively with employees and external partners. - Experience in the security industry is a plus but not mandatory.
