Create and deploy customer emails, SMS, and dashboards to track campaign performance. Analyze data to link leads, sales, and product outcomes — identifying opportunities for improvement. Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and aligned deliverables. Stay ahead of AI and marketing tech trends to drive innovation. Experience managing CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation platforms. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proficiency with data integrations (APIs, Zapier), UTM tagging, and reporting tools (Looker Studio, Supermetrics). Analytical mindset and ability to write or guide effective customer communications. Familiarity with ad platform data and offline conversion tracking. Experience with AI-powered marketing tools, personalization engines, or predictive analytics. Background in high-volume B2C lead generation.
