About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics CRM Developer to join our client team in Lansing, MI. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to enhance business operations. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, customize, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Design and implement plugins, workflows, and custom scripts to optimize system functionality.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure seamless integration between CRM and other enterprise applications.
Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain performance and reliability.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in CRM development.

Requirements :

3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development.

Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Power Platform .

Experience with Azure services, API integrations, and SQL Server .

Strong understanding of CRM data models, security roles, and customization.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
